Immersive
at TAM

Privacy notice

This site (immersive.tam.tv) is run by the Temple of Art and Music (TAM), Mercato Metropolitano, 42 Newington Causeway, London SE1 6DR, which presents the Immersive Creator Huddle in collaboration with the Immersive Experience Network.

What we collect and why

Bookings: your name, email, tickets and payment status, so we can sell you a ticket, email it to you and check you in (contract). Your discipline, what you’re looking for, whether it’s your first Huddle and any access needs help us plan the networking rounds and look after you on the night (legitimate interests; access needs with your consent).

Creator wall: only if you opt in, the name, role, line about your work and link you give us are shown publicly on this site until the event is over. Ask us to remove them at any time.

Registering attendance: your name, email, ticket status, discipline and what you’re looking for, so we know who’s coming and can plan the night (legitimate interests). If you opt in to the wall, your name, role, line and link are shown publicly.

Network board: the note, name and link you pin are public until you ask us to remove them.

Collaborate with TAM: your contact details and project information, so we can reply about working together (legitimate interests).

Pub quiz: the name you play under and your answers, kept for up to 12 hours so the game can run.

TAI Lab: text you type or paste into the TAI tools is sent to Anthropic (Claude) to generate the result. Quizzes you make are saved so you can host them, and listed publicly only if you tick the box. Please don’t paste anything confidential or personal.

Questions: what you post to Ask the Community and the name you give (or none). Questions are reviewed before they’re shown.

News: if you tick the box, we may email you about immersive nights and opportunities at TAM (consent; unsubscribe anytime).

Who processes it

Railway (hosting), Anthropic (TAI Lab), Stripe (card payments: we never see your card details), Resend (ticket emails), Google (fonts and the venue map). Attendee names may be shared with our collaborator, the Immersive Experience Network, to run the Huddle.

Cookies and storage

We don’t use tracking cookies. Your browser remembers which questions you’ve upvoted (local storage) so you can’t vote twice.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for up to 6 years for accounting. Wall entries and questions are deleted within 3 months of the event.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by replying to your ticket email. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
